No problem. You can request an athlete even if they’re not currently on the platform, and we’ll do our best to reach out and explore availability. With our extensive networks, we’ll do everything we can to help secure your preferred athlete. 

No. Pro2U is an athlete experience platform. We don’t manage athletes or hold exclusivity — we simply connect people and businesses with athletes for paid experiences and handle the booking process end to end.

To secure an athlete and confirm availability, Pro2U requires a 10% refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before the event start time.

If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the event, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is paid directly to the athlete, except in unique circumstances. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

If an athlete is unable to attend and no suitable alternative can be arranged, any payments made will be refunded in accordance with our terms.
